Planning Prep helps you from now until the day of:
- Assistance with individualized theme/ design/ color/ style
- Recommendation of vendors on budget and style
- Vendor negotiation (we pass our discounts to you)
- On-going communication via email or phone
- Unlimited personal consultations (email) overseeing planning progress and providing guidance & support
- Prepare (timelines) for vendors
- Coordinate and confirm vendors’ deliveries, set-up and pick-up arrangements
Day of Coordination:
- Coordinate photos with contracted photographer
- Arrange sign-in table, cake table, programs, place cards and guest favors
- Check room set-up according to venue’s Banquet Event Order
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors
- Supervise all vendors, address any issues that may arise and ensure smooth flow of events
- Coordinate entire timeline of events with the MC – Band or DJ, keeping the event on schedule
- Supervise loading of gifts, boxed leftover food/cake/centerpieces/ favors/personal items into designated vehicle

This was really a memorable event. Planning a party this size is no easy task, but with the expertise and guidance from Renee and the entire Party Time Production’s staff, this event was a SUCCESS! All the guests had a great time and everyone was talking about the party after it was over. Everything about this event was awesome. And if I had to do it all over again (which I probably will in the next couple years with my 2 daughters) I will definitely call upon this same team to do it all over again. We were very hesitant on using a Planning Assistant because we did not know what to expect, but we are very happy we did. Renee was always there to provide guidance, ideas and knowhow prior and during the event. This made the actual event day stress free for us knowing she was there ready to take care of everything.

Working with Renee on our daughters’ B’Not Mitzvah was as enjoyable as the event itself. She became a friend. We have several more events to plan in the future, and I wouldn’t consider planning any of them without Renee.

Renee Hart was instrumental in making our daughter’s Bat Mitzvah a huge success that we will never forget. There are so many logistics and details that go into planning an event like this and Renee was on top of EVERYTHING. From ideas and suggestions based on her and Party Time’s extensive experience she was able to steer in the right direction. She also took care of finding, securing and negotiating vendors which was crucial. She had met my daughter before and was also able to provide insight and gear certain aspects of the evening towards her, rather than using a cookie cutter or “one size fits all” formula. Lastly on the day of the event she was there as “director” making sure with her clipboard that everything went smoothly and we could focus on our daughter and the event. And even when there were hiccups (as there inevitably are in any event) she was on top of it so we either never knew or cared because she had it under control. Great job and great event.
