What does Party Time Texas do?

Party Time Texas is a full-service event entertainment and production company based in McKinney, Texas, serving the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex for nearly 50 years. We provide DJs and MCs, live bands, audio visual and lighting production, photography and videography, photo booths and instant photo stations, run-of-show planning, and day-of event coordination. Most clients book several of these together, so one team handles the entire event rather than coordinating separate vendors.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and North Texas, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Arlington, Irving, Denton, Grapevine, Southlake, and the surrounding communities. Our office is in McKinney, and we regularly produce events across the metroplex and throughout Texas.

What types of events do you produce?

Corporate events including galas, awards nights, holiday parties, grand openings, employee recognition, networking receptions and product launches; HOA and community events; municipal and civic events; nonprofit fundraisers and charity galas; bar and bat mitzvahs; and private celebrations.

How far in advance should we book?

For corporate galas, holiday parties, and year-end events, three to six months ahead is typical, and popular dates in November and December often book earlier still. Smaller events can frequently be accommodated on shorter notice. If your date is close, call us and we will tell you honestly what we can staff.

How much does event entertainment cost?

Pricing depends on which services you need, event length, guest count, venue, and date. A DJ and MC for a private party sits at a very different level than full production for a 500-person corporate gala with staging, lighting, and video. Can you handle everything, or do we need other vendors?

Most clients book us for multiple services precisely so they do not have to manage several vendors. We can provide entertainment, AV and lighting, photography, videography, photo booths, and the run-of-show and day-of coordination that ties them together. If you already have vendors you like, we work alongside them.

Do you provide event coordination, or only entertainment?

Both. Run-of-show management and day-of coordination are standalone services. Many clients bring us in to build the run of show and manage timing on event day even when another planner handles the broader logistics.
