VIDEOGRAPHY
Event Videography for DFW Events
A highlight reel that runs 3 minutes can do more for your next event’s attendance than a month of email campaigns. Video from a well-produced event is one of the most reusable assets you can generate. It lives on your website, in your social feeds, in internal communications, in board presentations, and in the pitch you make for next year’s budget.
But event video is only as good as the people capturing it. A single camera operator in the back of the room will get footage. A professional videography team — working from a coverage plan, using multiple angles, capturing clean audio, and following a cue sheet — will get content. The difference between the two is the difference between documentation and storytelling.
Party Time Texas provides professional event videography for DFW events of all scales. Our teams are built around your event size and program complexity, from a single videographer at a 100-person lunch to a full production crew — including a creative director, multiple camera operators, a drone operator, and an audio technician — for a premium large-format event.
What happened at your event should look as good on screen as it did in the room.
What’s Included in Event Videography
Full Event Coverage
Your videography team captures your event from multiple angles throughout every phase, with wide shots for venue atmosphere and crowd scale, medium shots for speakers and transitions, and close-ups for award moments, emotional reactions, and key speakers. B-roll of the audience, networking, décor, and food and drink rounds out the full picture.
Highlight Reel
The signature deliverable: a 3–5 minute professionally edited highlight reel built for social media, website use, and post-event marketing. Color corrected, audio mixed, and formatted for the channels you use.
Full-Length Program Recording
For events where you need the complete record (keynotes, award ceremonies, panel discussions) we deliver full-length recordings of the program alongside edited selects.
Custom Branded Graphics & Lower-Thirds
Name plates, title cards, lower-thirds identifying speakers, and custom branded intro/outro graphics are included in premium packages. Your event video should look like yours.
Optional Add-Ons
Drone footage for aerial and cinematic perspectives, same-day teaser edits for live social posting, live streaming capability, subtitles and captions for accessibility, and multiple file format delivery for social, broadcast, and archival needs.

All It Takes Is 4 Steps to Book Videography for Your DFW Event

1. Pre-Production Consultation & Coverage Plan
We review your program, venue layout, and post-event content goals. We build a coverage plan that maps your videography team’s positioning to your run-of-show, so every key moment has a camera pointed at it.

2. Team Briefing & Equipment Setup
Your lead videographer briefs the full crew on the coverage plan, venue layout, and key moments before load-in. Equipment is set and tested before guest arrival.

3. Full Event Coverage & Live Capture
Your team covers the event from multiple angles: stationary cameras for program elements, handheld operators for candids and movement, and drone operators for aerial coverage when applicable. Clean audio is captured live throughout.

4. Post-Production Editing & Delivery
Your lead videographer or creative director edits the final deliverables built for what your needs are. It could be a highlight reel, full-length recordings, social cuts, and/or branded graphics. File formats and delivery timelines are confirmed at booking.
Built for the Person Responsible for Making It Great
The event happens once. The video lasts indefinitely.
If you’ve invested in everything a high-quality event needs (the venue, the production, the catering, the entertainment), then video is how you extend the return on that investment beyond the evening itself. A well-produced highlight reel communicates what the event was, validates the budget you spent, and builds anticipation for the next one.
Party Time Texas videography teams are built for event environments, not broadcast studios. They’re experienced moving through programmed events, working around other production elements like AV and photography, capturing clean audio in mixed-acoustics environments, and delivering polished content that meets the standards of corporate and organizational communications. For DFW events that deserve to be remembered, the video is the record.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is event videography different from a simple recording?
A professional videography team provides coverage from multiple angles with planned positioning, captures clean audio separately from the room mix, edits the footage into polished deliverables, and delivers formatted files for the channels you need. A simple recording captures what happens in front of one camera. The gap in output quality is significant.
Do we need both photography and videography?
They serve different purposes. Photography produces the still images you use in print, social posts, and archival communications. Video captures energy, movement, and program flow in a way photography can’t. Many clients use both, and our teams are experienced working simultaneously in the same space without getting in each other’s way.
What’s the turnaround time on the edited highlight reel?
Turnaround is confirmed at booking and varies by event scale and package. Same-day teasers can be delivered for immediate social use. Full highlight reels and longer-form edits have a post-production window we establish in advance.
Can you live stream our event?
Yes. Live streaming is available as an add-on for events where remote audiences need access. We coordinate stream setup, platform requirements, and technical execution as part of the package.
Do you capture clean audio, or just camera audio?
Professional audio capture (separate from the camera microphones) is standard for our larger event packages and available as an add-on for smaller ones. Clean audio is what separates a watchable video from one that sounds like it was shot in a gymnasium.
What file formats do you deliver?
We deliver in the formats your content needs: social-optimized versions, broadcast-quality masters, and archival files. Specific formats and platforms are confirmed during the pre-production consultation.
