Party Time Texas

CORPORATE EVENTS • DALLAS-FORT WORTH

Corporate events built around your objectives.

Most companies spend real money on events without being able to say what the money did. The date gets picked, the vendors get booked, the night goes fine, and nobody can point to what changed.

Party Time Texas is an event production partner with nearly five decades of DFW events behind it. We start every corporate event by asking what it needs to accomplish: retention, recognition, culture, fundraising, a launch. Then we produce the event around that answer and review whether it got there. More than 1,000 corporate events since 2021 have run on that process.

Trusted by companies across Dallas-Fort Worth.

All It Takes Is 4 Steps to Plan Your Next Corporate Event with Party Time

1

TELL US WHAT THE EVENT NEEDS TO ACCOMPLISH

Share the basics: headcount, venue status, budget framework, and the objective behind the event. Recognition, retention, fundraising, a launch. No lengthy intake forms, just a conversation.

2

WE BUILD YOUR CUSTOM PLAN

Within days you’ll have a proposal covering vendors, timeline, staffing, on-site logistics, and a clear line-item budget. Easy to circulate, easy to approve. No surprises and no hidden fees.

3

WE PRODUCE EVERY DETAIL

Vendor coordination, AV, entertainment, run-of-show, and day-of management, handled by one team. You attend your event instead of running it.

4

WE REVIEW WHAT IT ACCOMPLISHED

After the event, we conduct an after-action review against the objectives you set in step one. What worked feeds your next event. That review process is why 1,074 corporate events since 2021 keep getting better.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Party Time Texas actually handle for a corporate event?

Production from planning through day-of execution: AV and lighting, entertainment, staging, run-of-show management, on-site coordination, and vendor management, including catering coordination. We offer more than 25 vetted service categories, so most events run with a single point of contact instead of a vendor list.

How far in advance should we book a corporate event?

For holiday parties and galas, four to six months ahead protects your first-choice date and venue, and December dates go earliest. Smaller dinners, receptions, and team events can often come together in a few weeks. If your date is close, call us. We’ll tell you honestly what’s achievable.

How do you decide what a corporate event should include?

We start with the objective, not a package. A retention celebration, a client appreciation dinner, and a product launch each call for different entertainment, different pacing, and a different room. Every recommendation ties back to what you told us the event needs to accomplish, which is also how we keep budgets focused instead of padded with add-ons.

Can you work with our venue and our internal event team?

Yes. We regularly produce events inside hotels, corporate campuses, and unique venues across DFW, and we slot in alongside internal planners, HR teams, and marketing teams. You decide how much stays on your plate. We build the plan around that.

How do you know whether an event worked?

Before the event, we define what success looks like with you. Afterward, we conduct an after-action review against those objectives and hand you the findings, so your next event starts smarter than the last one. It’s the same review process we’ve run across more than 1,000 corporate events since 2021.

What does pricing look like?

Every proposal is a line-item budget built around your objectives and headcount, so you can see exactly where money goes before you approve anything. No hidden fees, and no add-ons that don’t serve the event’s purpose.
