1. Party Time Texas SMS Alerts is a messaging program operated by Party Time Texas, Texas’ premier event entertainment company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding Texas communities. By providing your phone number through our website forms, event portal, or by using our services, you agree to receive SMS communications from Party Time Texas. When you opt in, you may receive text messages that include event booking confirmations and reminders, day-of logistics updates, promotional offers, special event announcements, and company notifications.

2. You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message received from Party Time Texas. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
